The majority of the products come with a tamperproof seal. If this is removed then I am unable to accept the return of the product. If you are unsure about the aroma and what a tester sent to you please get in email at email@example.com and I can send you one in the post.
Whilst every care and attention is taken with each order mistakes can sometimes happen. Please do get in contact immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that I can put it right straight away.
All products are made in small batches but I always ensure that I have 3 in stock of each product at any given time. This means that your order will normally be despatched within 1 – 2 working days. You will receive an email from me after you have ordered which will confirm the expected delivery date.
I work Monday to Friday. Orders will be posted out on these days.
Standard shipment is with Royal Mail Second Class. At check out you have the option to select First Class. If you require a faster delivery please contact me before you purchase at email@example.com to make the arrangements.
