Add a blend to some bath salts to detox or add to an SLS free unperfumed bubble bath for a super soak or for a truly indulgent skin loving bath combine your essential oil blend with some moisturising oats. Each recipe will provide you with the perfect bath soak.

How to make a relaxing bath soak

The first recipe is for a relaxing evening soak. This will leave your mind and your skin feeling deeply nourished and relaxed. The combination of lavender, bergamot and neroli essential oils are deeply relaxing, perfect for a really relaxing night time soak. Adding this essential oil blend to skin soothing oats will give your bath time that wow factor.

1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers

4 drops lavender essential oil

4 drops bergamot essential oil

1 drop neroli essential oil


1. Measure out your ingredients

2. Combine together

3. Place all your ingredients into a muslin bag and tie the end together to secure the contents

4. Run a warm bath and add your soothing night time soak

1 teaspoon Arnica oil

3 drops Lavender essential oil

1 drop Black pepper essential oil


1. Mix your arnica oil and essential oils together

2. Measure out your Epson salts and mix into your oil blend

3. Run a warm bath and add your muscle relief bath salts

How to make a bubble bath for stress relief
