How to make a relaxing bath soak

The first recipe is for a relaxing evening soak. This will leave your mind and your skin feeling deeply nourished and relaxed. The combination of lavender, bergamot and neroli essential oils are deeply relaxing, perfect for a really relaxing night time soak. 4 drops lavender essential oil

4 drops bergamot essential oil

1 drop neroli essential oil


1. Measure out your ingredients

2. Combine together

3. Place all your ingredients into a muslin bag and tie the end together to secure the contents

4. Run a warm bath and add your soothing night time soak
